Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?

The limit does not exist! We currently do not cap the amount of points that a user can earn.

Can I share points with another member?

Sadly you cannot share points with another member at this time, however that doesn’t mean you can’t use your points on somebody else. Our complimentary gift options make the perfect gift for any of your friends!

I forgot to add my points to my order! Can you help?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed we can't apply points to it. But your points never expire - so not to worry! You can always apply your points to your next order, or save them up and get yourself a complimentary gift :-)

If I cancel an order after redeeming a reward, can my points be returned?

If your purchase is refunded before your reward order is shipped, your points will be automatically returned to your account in 1-2 days. If your order is canceled and no refund is provided, your points will not automatically return to your account.

Are my complimentary gifts refundable or exchangeable?

Your complimentary gifts are not refundable or exchangeable. Make sure to pick carefully before deciding to redeem your reward!

Does my True Beauties Rewards membership expire?

Your points and membership never expires! Gorgeous skin is a lifelong commitment, after all. However, your tier will expire and will automatically drop to the next tier after 12 months from your upgrade date if you do not meet the annual spend thresh

Are the shipping benefits available outside of the U.S?

Unfortunately, our free shipping threshold only applies to orders within the U.S. International rates will apply for orders outside of the U.S.
