To make changes to your subscription account, log into your account --> "My Account" --> "Subscriptions" --> select “edit” button next to the subscribed product you wish to change. From there, you will have the ability to change your upcoming charge/ship date, product quantity, delivery schedule, payment information and shipping address.

How do I make changes to my subscription?

We love offering promotions to our customers, but we don’t allow the combining of promo codes or discounts. This policy includes subscription discounts or bundles/sets.

Why can't I use multiple discount codes?

I’m so glad you reached out for advice. We generally recommend starting with one of our Pure Radiance Oils, as they are an essential element of our skincare approach.

Why isn't the sale discount code working for me?

Orders typically ship within 24-72 hours of being placed and the shipping transit times listed at checkout do not include assembly/processing time.

Please note that orders placed on Fridays after 1 P.M. PT will be processed the following Monday. When your package is leaving the warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number!

If your order was placed more than 72 hours ago an you haven't received shipping, we'd be more than happy to help you track it down. Please reach out to us at trueteam@truebotanicals.com if that is the case. If you do not receive a reply quickly, please do not reply to your original email. This will push your email further down the queue! We promise we are working as quickly as we can!
