Orders typically ship within 24-72 hours of being placed and the shipping transit times listed at checkout do not include assembly/processing time.

Please note that orders placed on Fridays after 1 P.M. PT will be processed the following Monday. When your package is leaving the warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number!

If your order was placed more than 72 hours ago an you haven't received shipping, we'd be more than happy to help you track it down. Please reach out to us at trueteam@truebotanicals.com if that is the case. If you do not receive a reply quickly, please do not reply to your original email.
