We offer a 30-day guarantee on all of our products. If you're unhappy with a product for any reason, please feel free to initiate a return at our Returns Center.

If you've ordered a Skincare Kit, Set or Bundle, you will need to return all of the products in the Kit, Set or Bundle in order to receive a refund. Partial refunds or returns are not eligible for a return.

• Returns are eligible as long as they are within 30 days of purchase date.
• Any products that are less than 60% full, tampered with or filled with other substances are not refundable.
• Items that have been damaged or lost from personal usage - dropped, spilled, mishandled, etc. - are not refundable.
• Items purchased from another retailer are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Only products purchased from TrueBotanicals.com are eligible.
• Select Skincare Kits, Sets, or Bundles are final sale.
• We do not offer a direct exchange option at this time. We recommend returning your item for store credit. Your store credit code will be issued when your return is in transit, and you can use this to purchase the product you want instead. Opting for store credit earns a 5% bonus up to $15.
• True Botanicals reserves the right to refuse a return that does not meet our return requirements or is deemed to be abusing the return policy. After 2 returns, further eligibility for returns will be determined by your loyalty tier.
